My story

The search for something more

I have questioned my existence for as long as I can remember. But for eight years, I actively searched, seeking a path that could hold all of me - not just the light, but the darkness too. Tantra was the only one that didn’t ask me to choose.

I explored spiritual traditions, healing modalities, and ancient wisdom, peeling back layers of conditioning. What I discovered was that wholeness was not something to earn—it was something to remember.

I knew Tantra was my path because it welcomes all of life - pleasure, grief, rage, love - without denial, without shame.

A journey rooted in my heritage

What I once sought in distant teachings, I now recognize in my own family. The very rituals I practice today were lived by my ancestors, a part of my life long before I understood their depth. My parents and grandparents paved this path before me, and through them, I walk it with even greater reverence.

From control to surrender

Before this, I spent 12 years in the corporate world, leading in Regulatory Compliance. My life was built on structure, logic, and control. I was trained to uphold rules, to prevent harm, to create order. But over time, I came to realize that true power wasn’t in control - it was in surrender.

Now, I walk the path of Tantra, guiding others into embodied awakening. As a Tantra Coach, Facilitator, and Bodyworker, my offerings exist at the meeting point between Bhakti and Tantra - where devotion meets deep presence, where the body is a temple, and where every experience is honored as divine.

Rooted in tradition, open to Experience

My sadhana is rooted in Shakta Tantra, worship of the Divine Feminine where the Goddess is alive in every breath, in nature, in the body itself. Through years of practice and deep initiation into traditional lineages, I have surrendered to this unfolding mystery, honoring both tradition and direct experience.

Alongside this, I am a certified as a Reiki Practitioner, a Tantric Priestess Facilitator (Yogini Shakti Tantra School), and a Mystic Tantra Massage Practitioner (Tantra Essence School). But more than certifications, it is the lived transmission of Tantra - the way it shapes my everyday life that brings this work to life.

Tantra is not something I teach; it is something we remember together. And if you feel the call, I am here to walk this path beside you.

A bridge between worlds

For the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching individuals, especially South Asians, who struggle with the same paradox I lived for so long. As a British Indian, I’ve spent my life navigating the tension between my heritage and my Western upbringing.

Growing up in the diaspora, I was constantly torn between two worlds, never fully fitting into either. The traditional Tantrik path calls me back to my roots in India, while the Neo-Tantrik path aligns with my British upbringing.

What I once fought against has now become clear - I am a bridge. I don’t fit into a single community, and for years, I searched for a place to belong. In that search, I learned the most important lesson: home isn’t a place, it’s something we create within.

Remembering your own power

I don’t offer healing. You can self-heal. The wisdom you seek is already within you. My role is to hold your hand as you remember this and feel this within your own body.

This path is ever unfolding. I continue to learn, to surrender, to deepen. Life is an invitation to open wider, and I welcome every moment of it.

If you feel called, I meet you with open arms and an open heart.

Jai Maa.
